Position: Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Harness) – Level 3

Location: El Segundo, California

Shift: 2nd Shift

Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required; interim or final U.S. Top Secret clearance after start required.

• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improve production efficiency, and optimize product quality.
• Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs.
• Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce or mitigate.
• Conducts staffing and cost analyses.
• Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
• Represents manufacturing on production-related issues.
• Establishes and maintains production schedules.

• More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• More than 1 year of hands‑on experience building wire harnesses.
• More than 1 year of experience leading teams.
• More than 1 year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing data to make informed decisions (SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Summary Pay Range: $96,900 – $131,100.
