We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Electro-Mechanical) to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, California. This position’s internal job code is Production Operations Specialist and is currently hiring a level 3.
Position Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improve production efficiency, and optimize product quality.
- Monitor, assess, and provide status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs.
- Investigate product defects and production inefficiencies and develop solutions to reduce or mitigate.
- Conduct staffing and cost analyses.
- Coordinate and prepare justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
- Represent manufacturing on production-related issues.
- Establish and maintain production schedules.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Shift: 2nd shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance of which the U.S. Government requires U.S. citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.
Basic Qualifications- More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- More than 1 year of experience operating specialized equipment such as Electrodynamic shakers (vibration tables), thermal vacuum chambers, and/or thermal cycling chambers.
- More than 1 year of experience leading teams.
- More than 1 year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing data to make informed decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI).

Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination (e.g., Master + 4 years, 10 years, etc.).

Travel: Position may require travel up to 5% of the time.
