Job Description

Savage X Fenty is seeking an Associate Production Manager for the global sourcing and manufacturing team. This role will support day‑to‑day office activities, including fulfillment of purchase orders, pre‑production schedules, technical specifications—garment construction and fit, calendar creation and inventory management—to ensure delivery of goods. The candidate will analyze cost, margins, and timelines, and must be deadline driven. The ideal candidate is responsible, detail‑oriented, hardworking, and can multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

They should work well within a team but also be self‑motivated and independent.

Responsibilities
  • Drive success of the Core Greige program by creating and executing the seasonal production calendar
  • Oversee all vendor communication regarding production
  • Confirm placement and manage purchase order entry process to manufacturers
  • Work closely with vendors and Raw Materials manager to meet AUC targets
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships with internal and external partners
  • Monitor pre‑production schedule and all time and action calendars including delivery dates
  • Work with internal planning partners to manage factory capacity
  • Monitor monthly projections versus actual units placed
  • Manage production chargebacks and extension requests
  • Vet and onboard new vendors, set up new vendors/paperwork/factories
  • Conduct weekly conference calls with overseas partners
  • Work closely with the design team to confirm technical specifications including measurement specs, grading and construction details of garment and work through any issues that may affect production or delivery
  • Analyze top‑of‑production samples to ensure they meet quality expectations including specifications, construction, fit intent, feel and customer experience
  • Troubleshoot any quality issues with cross‑functional team, drive resolution and document learnings
  • Work closely with all vendors and agent offices (local & overseas) to ensure monthly production processes and track delivery status of orders are on schedule
  • Monitor shipping, import of goods with third‑party vendors, monitor goods pickup and delivery
  • Monitor vendor terms, invoicing and payments
  • Develop and manage KPIs to evaluate performance of all strategic suppliers
  • Provide input to global sourcing strategy
Required Skills
  • 5+ years production experience, previous experience with intimate apparel and/or replenishment programs
  • Strong organizational, planning, cost analysis, and margins knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and experience working with overseas vendors
  • Solid understanding of a short‑lead production strategy
  • Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and finishing
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, curiosity and ability to use data to inform decision making
  • Detail oriented and disciplined
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure
  • Excellent MS Excel ability
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion or other related experience

  • This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters
Compensation

The annual base salary range is $75,000–$80,000. The range depends on the role scope, candidate experience, and location.
