Role Overview
The Secure Subsystems Engineering team is looking for a Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead. The IPT Lead leads a Systems Engineering Scrum Team, ensuring delivery of secure, cross‑domain technologies and cryptographic products for mission‑critical warfighters.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a Systems Engineering Scrum Team through design and development on a scaled agile program.
- Communicate with multiple levels of management, team members, and customers.
- Interface with multiple hardware and software Scrum Teams to resolve dependencies and technical challenges.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements to meet quality expectations.
- Estimate costs, resources, and time to meet business targets.
- Analyze trends, performance, resource cost, and forecasting reports.
- Monitor projects’ progress in cost, schedule, and technical specifications.
- Conduct critical‑path analysis and collaborate with program leadership to manage tasks and workflow.
- Escalate issues, develop resolutions, and ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Support proposals, bids, and estimation tool usage.
- Sign‑on bonus eligible.
- Technical leadership experience and mentorship opportunities.
- Collaboration with security and crypto certification specialists and customers.
- Knowledge of security‑hardened products across evolving business areas.
- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) focusing on Earned Value (EV).
- Agile program experience through the entire systems engineering lifecycle (Design > Requirements > Test).
- Experience with Model‑Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools.
- Product Owner experience in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship and active transferable SECRET clearance.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting technical data.
- Experience capturing customer requirements and designing concept development.
- Experience with peer review, configuration and change management.
- Familiarity with bidding and estimation tools.
