We're seeking experienced Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to support the manufacturing of advanced aerospace and spaceflight hardware.
Pay: $37.24/hr.
Location: El Segundo, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift (based on business needs)
Contract: 4 Month assignment with potential for extension or conversion
Overtime Available
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly of PCB assemblies and product chassis
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Assemble, inspect, solder, and rework electronic and mechanical components
- Use precision tools including torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers
- Support quality inspections, documentation, and rework activities
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of aerospace manufacturing or assembly experience
- Experience reading blueprints and manufacturing work instructions
- Electronics, PCB, electro-mechanical assembly, and soldering experience preferred
- Familiarity with IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, ESD practices, and clean room environments is a plus
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance (clearance not required to start)
