Experienced Production Operations Specialist (SPAM) 2nd Shift- M with Security Clearance

We are seeking an Integration Lead to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms.

They act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, maintaining project timelines, and validating technical solutions. This position's internal job code is Production Ops Spec. Our team is currently hiring a level 3.

Position Responsibilities:

* Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality

* Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs

* Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate

* Conducts staffing and cost analyses

* Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation

* Represents manufacturing on production related issues

* Establishing and maintaining production schedules This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Shift: This position is for 2nd shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* High School Diploma

* 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

* 3+ years of hands on experience building Propulsion and Mechanical systems

* 1+ years of experience leading teams

* Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Experience in the aerospace industry

* Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel

* Excellent written and Verbal Communications

* Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.) Conflict of Interest:
