RTX is seeking an experienced Prototype CNC Programmer-Machinist in El Segundo, California to join the in‑house prototyping machine shop. You will develop CNC programs for one-off and short-run parts, assemble setups, and coordinate with machinists to ensure parts meet strict engineering tolerances.
You will lead and mentor others, review drawings for producibility, and collaborate with GD&T validation to ensure quality.
