Stellar Solutions is seeking a GPS IIIF
- Program Integrator to support the design and implementation of space-based capabilities that deliver resilient, affordable, and sustainable modernized GPS systems. This role will apply knowledge of the GPS enterprise to support acquisition planning, program execution, stakeholder coordination, and modernization activities. The ideal candidate brings experience developing acquisition strategies, executing contract actions, managing stakeholder relationships, and preparing acquisition milestone products.

Role / Responsibilities / Qualifications

The Program Integrator will support programmatic and acquisition activities associated with the modernization of the Global Positioning System enterprise. Working across contracts, budgets, engineering teams, and Space Force stakeholders, this individual will help integrate program activities, maintain execution visibility, and support informed decision‑making across the program.

Key responsibilities include
  • Support the design, implementation, evaluation, and modernization of space‑based GPS capabilities.
  • Develop and support execution of DoD acquisition strategies and key acquisition milestones.
  • Support contract actions and coordinate program activities across contracts, budgets, and engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain integrated plans and schedules supporting space‑program execution.
  • Develop decision briefings and acquisition milestone products for program and stakeholder use.
  • Identify, track, and support management of program risks.
  • Build and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships across Space Force systems and organizations.
  • Lead and participate in cross‑functional team meetings and coordinate task execution across program disciplines.
  • Use collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira, to support program coordination and information management.
  • Apply GPS systems knowledge to help evaluate program activities and support modernization of the GPS enterprise.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition systems, program management, and business operations.
  • Experience developing and executing DoD acquisition strategies and key milestones.
  • Experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships across Space Force systems and organizations.
  • Experience developing integrated plans and schedules, decision briefings, and risk‑management activities for space programs.
  • Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira.
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional team meetings and task execution across contracts, budgets, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to demonstrate a highly motivated, dynamic work ethic and contribute effectively to the DoD mission.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
  • Experience with technical writing for program or systems‑engineering documentation.
  • Knowledge of GPS space, ground, or user segments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree.
  • PMP, ESEP/CSEP, or OCSMP certification.
Clearance & Additional Requirements
  • Active Secret clearance required
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is desired
