We are seeking an Integration Lead to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms. They act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, maintaining project timelines, and validating technical solutions.
This position's internal job code is Production Ops Spec. Our team is currently hiring a level 3.
Position ResponsibilitiesDevelops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality
Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
Conducts staffing and cost analyses
Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
Represents manufacturing on production related issues
Leading mechanical or integrated test activities for flight hardware
Reviewing test procedures, requirements, and schedules before execution
Directing technicians during assembly, integration, and testing activities
Troubleshooting anomalies, hardware issues, or test failures.
Documenting discrepancies and helping engineering teams determine corrective actions
Preparing test reports, status updates, and shift turnovers.
Supporting launch operations or flight test operations depending on the program
5+ years of experience in clean room environment
3+ years of experience leading teams
3+ years of hands on experience in final integration
Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-component system integrations in large scale projects
Facilitate cross team communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills
