- Own the day-to-day execution of the sportswear production cycle
- Drive vendor performance and purchase order accuracy
- Identify and resolve risks to on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate setup in Full Circle
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to keep the seasonal line on schedule
- Support data entry for buys, cost logs, and delay recaps
- Push styles to production status in Full Circle once cost is confirmed
- Enter, close, and audit purchase orders against the buy file
- Update ETD/ETA dates and pricing in Full Circle weekly
- Prepare and ship packages to factories and track shipments
- Maintain and track in-season trim liability in Excel
- Review TOP samples for correct trim and price-ticket application
- Communicate daily with overseas vendors and factories
- Support general office duties
- Identify opportunities to improve quality and processes
- Own vendor relationships and ensure on-time, on-quality deliverables
- Partner with Design and Merchandising on trim, artwork, and wash approvals
- Drive resolution of production and shipping risks
- Escalate production and vendor issues
- Mentor and guide junior production team members
- 3–5 years of experience in apparel production, preferably sportswear
- High school diploma and fashion-related coursework, or Bachelor’s of Science / Arts degree
- Adept with data management in a Product Development / PLM system, preferably Full Circle
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Track record of accomplishment within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Background in the fashion industry preferred
- Experience with sportswear fabrics preferred
- Experience working with overseas vendors and factories preferred
- Experience with PO management, trim liability, and TOP sample tracking preferred
- Adept with Full Circle, MS Suite, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, or other apparel software systems preferred
- Employment eligibility requirements must be met
Demonstrates expertise in apparel production management, particularly in sportswear, with a strong focus on vendor performance, purchase order accuracy, and data management using Full Circle. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with overseas vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
