• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event management
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑stakes initiatives
• Proficiency in Hub Spot and Salesforce for tracking and optimizing event performance
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

• Experience in the cybersecurity or identity management industry
• Strong understanding of Mar Tech tools and their application in marketing strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Proven track record of driving successful demand generation campaigns
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and environments
