Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Segundo, CA. The Escrow Officer will oversee all aspects of the escrow process, including preparing and managing escrow documents, coordinating with relevant parties, and ensuring compliant, timely closings. Responsibilities include working directly with residential real estate professionals, maintaining high-value transaction security, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the escrow process.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in escrow operations and closing processes
  • Experience with notary services and residential real estate transactions
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to foster trust and provide peace of mind
  • Attention to detail and compliance in handling secure, high-value transactions
  • Ability to manage multiple closing timelines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications or licenses, such as Notary Public, are preferred
  • Familiarity with California real estate escrow regulations is a plus
