THE

PURPOSE:

The District Manager is accountable for leading store performance across a multi-store district by developing high-performing Store Managers, driving consistent sales and operational execution, and ensuring brand and customer experience standards are delivered across all locations. Through a strong field presence, this role partners closely with store leadership and corporate teams to translate company strategy into consistent field execution across the district, drive sustainable growth, and ensure alignment with True Religion's brand, culture, and business objectives.

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):

* Drive District Performance:
Own district-level KPIs, including sales, payroll, shrink, and profitability, taking action to address trends, risks, and opportunities.

* Lead & Develop Store Leadership:
Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Store Managers, building a strong leadership bench and supporting succession planning.

* Lead & Communicate Effectively:
Set clear expectations, communicate priorities consistently, and foster an open, inclusive environment where teams feel informed, heard, and supported.

* Field Leadership & Presence:
Maintain a consistent presence in stores, traveling within the district consistently, and providing hands-on coaching, feedback, and support to drive execution and accountability.

* Operational Excellence:
Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores, including payroll controls, loss prevention, and compliance.

* Customer Experience Leadership:
Champion True Religion's selling culture and guest experience standards, coaching Store Managers to deliver exceptional service across the district.

* Merchandising & Brand Standards:
Ensure visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are executed consistently across all locations.

* Talent & Staffing Strategy:
Partner with Store Managers on staffing plans, hiring strategies, and performance management to support business needs.

* Cross-Functional Partnership:
Act as a liaison between stores and corporate teams, communicating store needs and supporting the execution of company initiatives.

* Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans aligned to district and company goals.

YOU ARE:

You are a strategic, field-based retail leader who drives performance through influence, visibility, and accountability. You bring strong business acumen and executive presence, with the ability to coach and challenge Store Managers to elevate results. You think beyond a single location, analyzing trends across multiple stores and driving disciplined execution ve all, you are passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and representing the True Religion brand with confidence and integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5+ years of experience in multi-unit retail leadership, preferably within a specialty or fashion retail environment

* Bachelor's degree in business, retail, or a related field preferred

* Proven success in driving district-level sales growth and KPI performance year over year

* Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing store leadership teams

* Strong operational knowledge across payroll, inventory, loss prevention, and compliance

* Experience building and sustaining a selling culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences

* Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills
