Job Description:

Join Nordstrom Rack as a team member in Sales, Customer Service, Stock, or Fulfillment to deliver a welcoming, inclusive, and efficient customer experience in a fast‑paced store environment.

• Maintain a "runway‑ready" sales floor through merchandising, re‑merchandising, and straightening throughout the day.
• Assist customers during cashiering, operating point‑of‑sale systems, bagging items of all sizes, and handling frequently heavy items.
• Provide a seamless fitting room experience: greet customers, offer assistance, and return clothing to the floor.
• Keep the sales floor and stockrooms organized, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in, ticketed, and compliant with merchandise and asset protection standards.
• Operate technology used in the store environment and promote initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program.

• Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, following quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research shipments according to inventory control procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms, support store events, markdowns, and fixture relocations.

• Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs.

• Continuous movement 6–8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Lift items up to 10 pounds (often) and occasionally up to 25 pounds; for Stock and Fulfillment, lift and carry up to 25 pounds (often) and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

$18.85 – $19.65 per hour, dependent on location and experience. Pay offers are subject to local laws.
