**** Sr. Account Manager
**** role is critical in driving the growth and success of Prodege by delivering exceptional client service and fostering strong, data-driven relationships. This role is pivotal in empowering clients to make informed decisions through the industry’s largest data panels while actively building and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include close collaboration with internal teams, proactive account management, and promoting Prodege's value across the organization, contributing to a robust pipeline of opportunities and sustained client success.

**** Relationship Building**:
** Building and nurturing relationships is at the heart of your role. You'll expand your reach within each account, ensuring that every client is delighted with the Prodege experience. Your success depends on your ability to promote Prodege internally to other colleagues and departments. This will involve numerous touchpoints, including review meetings, catch-ups, quick and accurate bids and proposals, and offering support for any challenges your clients may encounter.

Job Duties:

*** Develop client accounts to their full potential, through a consultative approach, listening to the client and implementing solutions that fit their needs.
* Generate and manage a strategic account plan.
* Travel as needed to meet with or provide service to current or prospective clients, or attend sales meetings or industry events.
* Develop and apply your knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques in Global markets.
* Consult with clients on how best to conduct research, including complex multi-country studies.
* Collaborate with cross functional global operations, technology and product teams to develop and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resources and budget.
* Always be a step ahead to spot any potential issues before the client brings it up and address it.
* Achieve business building objectives, including opening up new opportunities within each client, further developing client relationships, and winning profitable business.
* Provide accurate and detailed forecasts.
* Report all activity in CRM software on a daily basis.
* Responsible for achieving assigned sale’s goals.
* Provide activity tracking on time spent with new business versus existing business.

*** Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required.
* Minimum 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience required in the market research industry.
* Travel:
Sales employees (including but not limited to account management, business development, sales representatives) may be required to travel up to 50%. All other employees may be required to travel up to 10% unless otherwise specified.
* Past achievement in new and expanded client business generation.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet a range of deadlines.
* Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with numbers.
* Familiarity with CRM based solutions
* Strong analytical aptitude and results oriented with great attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks and work within a team environment.
* Must be a goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker.
* Must be able to work well under pressure and be efficient in meeting deadlines.
* Must be willing and able to travel monthly (multi-day) to visit clients when needed.
