What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee direct sales development activities for new business opportunities with government agencies
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for government and OEM businesses
  • Lead opportunity capture and proposal efforts for complex avionics and SaaS solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. and foreign military/government customers
  • Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams to win and execute key opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to attain and maintain government security clearance
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in selling or working with avionic and aircraft systems programs for military/government accounts
  • Proven success in capturing and managing large‑scale DoD/government contracts
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and FAR/DFARS compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technical, or related discipline required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and foreign military procurement and sales
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and business acumen
  • Effective communicator and negotiator with executive presence
