The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking a dynamic Group Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll develop innovative strategies to engage group audiences, build relationships, and contribute to unforgettable game-day experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive group ticket sales through proactive outreach, including phone calls, face-to-face appointments, and networking events.
- Develop and execute group sales strategies, including themed events, fan experiences, and corporate packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with key group organizers and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify and execute cross-functional sales opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, maintaining high levels of accountability and professionalism.
- Use CRM tools to manage client relationships, sales pipelines, and reporting.
- Represent the Chargers at events and in the community to promote group sales opportunities.
- Sales Expertise: Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in sports or entertainment.
- Relationship Builder: Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Creative, resourceful, and innovative with a solution-driven approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools - Salesforce & Archtics experience preferred.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree OR 2 years of professional work experience.
- $24.04 per hour plus opportunity to earn commission and bonus.
