Position: Event Sales Administrator - Hourly Part-Time
Topgolf - 400 North Sepulveda Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for phone and online inquiries and assign leads to the appropriate Sales Manager;
Manage phones and client inquiries, including independently covering the office during weekend shifts;
Assist the Event Sales team with client bookings and event coordination;
Gather event details and communicate with clients about their needs and preferences;
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
