We are looking for a passionate and customer‑focused Retail Sales Consultant for a full‑time, on‑site position at our El Segundo, CA location. In this role, you will assist customers in finding solutions to meet their needs, recommend products and services, and deliver an exceptional in‑store experience. You will actively engage with customers to build relationships, provide superior service, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Additionally, you’ll achieve sales goals and act as a trusted consultant by staying up to date on AT&T’s offerings and innovations.

• Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales to effectively recommend and promote products and services.
• Ability to deliver an outstanding Customer Experience, coupled with a strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and creating a supportive environment for customers.
• A proactive and goal‑oriented mindset, combined with the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Basic technology knowledge and enthusiasm for AT&T products is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus.
