Your Role:
As a Sales Operation Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our sales organization by designing and optimizing sales policies, managing operational processes, supporting incentive programs, reconciling customer payments, and delivering data-driven insights.
This role serves as a critical operational backbone of the sales organization—building the systems, processes, and visibility that enable our sales teams to focus on customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and support end-to-end sales execution processes across sales, finance, legal, and operations teams
- Manage day-to-day sales operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability
- Develop and refine sales policies aligned with business objectives
- Support sales incentive programs and ensure accurate commission payouts
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Coordinate customer payment reconciliation with finance teams
- Maintain accurate sales data and reporting dashboards
- Support forecasting and provide data-driven insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align execution and strategy
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in retail, sales, or direct-to-user environments, with 2+ years in a management role. Automotive or tech industry experience is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a retail or sales environment.
- User Orientation: Strong focus on delivering high-touch, user-first experiences.
- Technology Fluency: Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce); data-literate and KPI-oriented.
- Collaboration: Able to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, service, and operations.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving company with ambitious goals.
- Experience with incentive and commission management
- Exposure to payment reconciliation processes
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset
