We are seeking a high-energy and enthusiastic Funding Consultant/Brand Ambassador to join our fast-growing and dynamic company, selling Rockpoint's products in person to personal injury law firms.
This role is boots-on-the-ground. You’ll support sales directors in their territory, develop personal relationships with clients, and become a trusted presence in the community. You will represent Rockpoint at meetings, networking events, and office visits, with a strong focus on relationship‑building and territory growth.
A fit for this position requires a charismatic, relatable, warm extrovert who thrives on face‑to‑face interaction and delivers a superior client experience through in‑person communication. You should have a hunter mentality, be proactive, and passionate about helping clients succeed. This role has bountiful opportunities for growth.
No prior sales background required; former student athletes, actors, and/or bartenders are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Identify, build, and develop new business opportunities within the existing portfolio, with strategic targets in key market segments.
- Visit client offices four days a week along a planned route, hold regular meetings to understand client needs, share results, and work from the office on the remaining business day.
- Maintain accurate records and manage sales pipeline, including contacts, opportunities, lead lists, activities, and account updates and notes in a proprietary database.
- Schedule follow‑up meetings for Sales VPs.
- Collaborate and problem‑solve with sales support departments to maximize the sales team's potential and/or to resolve client issues to the satisfaction of both parties.
- Attend networking events, client dinners, and activities related to relationship development.
- Periodically manage booths from setup to teardown at conferences across the country.
- Ad Hoc projects as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Comfortable and enthusiastic networking at professional events and conferences
- Current Driver’s License and Insurance, Reliable Transportation, and a clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to work onsite at the El Segundo office on Mondays
- Residence in Los Angeles
- Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Engaging interpersonal skills that build long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers
- Professionally persistent and assertive
- Some college, preferably with experience working with customers – we will teach the rest!

CompensationBase: $55k to 65k USD per year; DOE
OTE + Base: $75k to $85k all in
