Aboutthe Role
The Food Coordinator at LIV is the heartbeat of our premium customer experience. In this high‑visibility role, you provide white‑glove service to our most important customers—partners who power our success. You serve as their trusted point of contact, ensuring every order, interaction, and escalation flows smoothly across sales, supply chain, and customer teams. You also play a key role in elevating the entire Order Management team by sharing insights, best practices, and customer learnings.
Functionsand Duties
- Contribute to achieving key performance indicators, including daily sales, on‑time performance, open orders, and department efficiency.
- Ensure attainment of customer delivery service targets by collaborating with logistics, distribution, and supply planning teams; proactively identify and escalate potential customer issues.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of key account procedures, delivering best‑in‑class service and communication.
- Partner with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Distribution, and Logistics to clear deductions and develop procedures that minimize future deductions.
- Work with the Order Management Manager to develop solutions and procedures for common customer problems.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, economics, or a related field).
- Order Management experience managing retail customers such as Ralphs, Win Co, or HEB.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a CPG or beverage company.
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dependability.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or other data analysis/presentation tools.
- Adaptability and critical thinking under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
- Quick learner with a willingness to test new programs and strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to interact thoughtfully and attentively with vendors and colleagues.

Compensation band: $77,400 – $96,700 annually. The exact salary is determined by experience, skills, education, location, equity, and budget. The range applies only to the base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or bonus eligibility.
