Job Details

We are seeking an experienced events and hospitality sales professional to expand the adoption of AI-enabled robotics solutions across California. This individual will develop relationships with hotels, resorts, casinos, venues, event producers, attractions, museums, entertainment organizations, and experiential agencies.

The successful candidate will understand how hospitality and event organizations evaluate technology and will be able to create compelling solutions for guest reception, guided experiences, live performances, brand activations, and other interactive applications.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop new business with hotels, resorts, casinos, event venues, convention centers, museums, attractions, entertainment groups, and experiential agencies.
  • Build relationships with customer leaders across operations, guest experience, entertainment, marketing, procurement, and technology.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Create robotics solutions for guest reception, tours, performances, promotions, experiential campaigns, and branded activations.
  • Develop commercial programs using equipment purchases, rentals, leases, recurring-revenue agreements, or revenue-sharing models.
  • Establish high-profile customer deployments that generate measurable value, positive visibility, and future market demand.
  • Maintain a qualified pipeline and provide accurate account, opportunity, and forecast information through the CRM.
  • Manage sales volume, revenue, pricing, and gross-margin objectives.
  • Coordinate demonstrations, pilot programs, event logistics, equipment movement, installation, and on-site readiness.
  • Work closely with pre-sales engineers and operations teams to ensure successful technical and event execution.
  • Collaborate with channel-development professionals when opportunities are supported through local resellers or integration partners.
  • Represent the organization at hospitality conferences, trade shows, entertainment events, and customer meetings.
  • Travel regularly throughout California and support evening or weekend events when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales or business-development experience within hospitality, live events, entertainment, experiential marketing, AV technology, or a related market.
  • Demonstrated relationships with hotels, resorts, casinos, venues, event producers, entertainment organizations, attractions, or experiential agencies.
  • Proven success developing new accounts and managing complex, consultative sales.
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, proposal-development, and relationship-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends when required.
  • Experience selling robotics, AV systems, staging technology, interactive displays, guest-experience platforms, or related event technology.
