Your Role:

We’re looking for a driven, self-directed salesperson to grow Robo Share’s rental business in the greater Los Angeles market. Your primary focus is demand: finding and closing the businesses and individuals who need a robot, and matching them to the right machine on the platform. You’ll also bring new supply on board, signing robot owners and dealers who want to list their machines with us.

This is a full-cycle role — you prospect, pitch, quote, close, and own the account afterward. You’ll be given a market, a product, and a lot of room to figure out what works.

• Build and work a pipeline of rental demand across both
  B2B
  (retail, F&B, hospitality, events, property management, security, dealerships, system integrators) and
  B2C
  (individual renters, private events, content creators, community and social channels)
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads: run discovery on use case, rental duration, site conditions, and budget, then match each request to the right robot model, merchant, and rate on the platform
• Quote, negotiate, and close within platform pricing and risk guidelines — including contracts, deposits, and insurance requirements
• Coordinate delivery, on-site setup, and handover; act as the client’s point of contact through the rental period and handle issues as they come up
• Drive repeat business and referrals; convert short-term renters into recurring accounts
• Feed structured market signal back to the team — pricing pressure, demand patterns, missing supply, product gaps
• Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and fulfillment in the platform’s operating system

• 1–3+ years in sales, business development, or field-facing account roles — rentals, equipment, events, auto, or hospitality backgrounds are a strong fit
• Comfortable prospecting cold and closing warm; motivated by commission
• Bilingual English / Mandarin strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport and handle equipment
• Willing to work event-driven hours, including weekends and evenings during peak season
• Genuine curiosity about robotics; you can explain a machine to a non-technical customer

• Willingness to be trained as a robot operator.Reps who can deliver, set up, and operate the machine on their own deals earn additional per-order fulfillment pay. AIXC provides full operator training and certification at no cost — prior hands-on or teleoperation experience is a plus but not required
• Existing network in events, retail operations, or commercial property in the South Bay / greater LA area

Base: $17.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience — plus uncapped commission on every rental you close, and additional per-order pay for deals you deliver and operate yourself. On-target earnings: $65,000–$90,000+ in year one.

Where you land in the base range depends on prior sales experience, industry network, language coverage, and operator certification. Top performers are expected to earn the majority of their income from commission.
