Liquid I.V. is looking for a highly motivated, innovative, out-of-the-box thinker to join our R&D Scientific Affairs team as the Scientific Education Consultant. Reporting to the Principal Scientist, Scientific Education and Communication, the role will be responsible for supporting nutrition communication, act as an internal expert on hydration, nutrition science and our products. The ideal candidate has a background in nutrition science, sports nutrition, and scientific communication for both industry/academic professionals and general consumers.

The contract is for 6 months up to 20 hours a week.

• Develop and disseminate education materials on product science, hydration, nutrition and related topics
• Develop fun, engaging science backed content that can be utilized across a wide range of channels including but not limited to: social media, consumer facing marketing, conference presentations
• Effectively communicate product, nutrition science to non-scientific audiences (on digital, print media, social media, websites) by leveraging an understanding of our products, science of hydration, along with strategic communication and storytelling skills
• Generate and provide informative scientific content about our products to Marketing and Sales teams to help advance our consumer's understanding of the science behind our products
• Effectively communicate and lead in a cross-functional team environment, serving as a recognized technical expert in product knowledge
• Stay up-to date with scientific publications and updates in hydration science, sports nutrition, and related fields

• Preferred educational requirements:
• Master’s in Nutrition, Exercise Science and
