Internship - Technology and Product Concepts

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role include the following:

• Learn the simulation environment used for physics-based modeling of semiconductor power MOSFETs
• Implement process flows in the simulation tool and perform device simulations and benchmark against measurement data
• Proficient in writing technical reports
• Excited about presenting and summarizing results and conclusions
• Learn and implement statistical principles of design of experiments (DOE) and regression modeling

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program E.E. with understanding of basic semiconductor physics and power electronics
• Enjoy working on a highly-skilled team
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
• The ability to work 40 hours per week, for a time period of 3 months

Wage range:
Minimum $35.50 per hour, Maximum $42.00 per hour. Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
