Security Officer Part Time Patrol Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key access points to help to deter unauthorized access, observe site activity, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior.;
Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by following post orders, preparing routine reports, and assisting with tenant and visitor inquiries in a professional manner.
