Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter locations, noting conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns involving restricted or controlled areas;
Support site operations by communicating with supervisors, personnel, and/or first responders during alarms, emergencies, evacuations, and other security-related events
