Contracts Management Specialist
Location:
El Segundo, California – full‑time, on‑site.

- Interfacing with customers and business partners; conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration within a portfolio of programs
- Examining proposal requirements, analyzing terms and conditions to evaluate risk, and reviewing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for accuracy and completeness to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
- Processing contractual documentation and reports, advising management of contractual rights and obligations, and compiling and analysing data and maintaining historical information
- Facilitating proper shipment, billing, and payment collection for deliveries and interfacing with DCMA as required
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and maintaining assigned contracts
- Preparing proprietary information agreements, associate contractor agreements, export licenses/agreements, and various types of memoranda
- Understanding and interpreting FAR guidelines for specific contract types and managing flow‑downs
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of contract‑related experience
- Knowledge of the FAR and DFARS and general knowledge of pre‑award and post‑award federal government contracting industry practices, techniques, and standards
- Experience with various contract types, including cost‑plus, fixed‑price, and time and materials
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (or clearance active within the past 24 months)
- Ability to perform moderately complex contract administration tasks and support development of competitive proposals
- Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity and work under minimal supervision
- Experience working with commercial partners in the defense industry
- Experience as a prime contractor with the U.S. federal government, preferably for DOD
- Experience with Other Transaction Agreements (OTA)
- Experience with Cost Point

Total Rewards Pay Range- Level 3: $96,050 – $141,250
- Level 4: $118,150 – $173,750
Role requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, and a clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active.
Other RequirementsApplicants must be U.S. citizens, eligible for a security clearance, and willing to apply for and maintain a clearance. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit. Visa sponsorship is not available. Shift 1 (U.S.A.).
