Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations.;
Monitor access points and deter unauthorized entry by observing pedestrian and vehicle activity, verifying access when required, and reporting suspicious behavior.;
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations to appropriate contacts.;
Support daily property operations by assisting with security checks of doors, gates, lighting, and other exterior and interior areas.
