As a Security Officer Patrol Alarm Panel Monitoring in El Segundo, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Pay Rate: $20.70 / Hour

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at commercial real estate locations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access activity and visitor entry in accordance with site policies, and assist with directing tenants and visitors as needed.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and unusual conditions through clear and timely reports.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
