Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, authorizations, and visitor documentation; maintain accurate entry and exit records;
Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and communication systems; report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and equipment concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site emergency procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, buildings, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity
