Raytheon - 2012 East El Segundo Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Perform complex servicing of installed HVAC and infrastructure including chillers, boilers, pumps, air compressors, fan coil units, air handling units, DX units, condensers, test chambers, refrigerated lab equipment, VAV boxes, valves, coils, cooling towers, piping wiring, control systems, thermostats, building automation systems, pneumatic systems;
Operate and perform routine and emergency repairs to HVAC systems and equipment;
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, working drawings, control schematics, and equipment manuals; ensure compliance with building codes;
Maintain records, time, order parts, process work orders using computer systems; manage material take-offs;
Utilize building automation systems such as Delta Controls; perform installation and commissioning tasks as required
