Job Title
Under direction of Maintenance and Operations Supervisor, to perform skilled and semi-skilled duties in the alteration, repair, maintenance, and occasional new construction of structures and equipment, and to perform other duties as required.
Requirements / Qualifications* High School Diploma
* Custodial Certificate desired but not required
* The possession of a valid trade certificate in any of the following:
Carpenter, Electrician, Heavy equipment operator, Painter, Plumber, HVAC installer, Machinist, Locksmith or other trades not listed
Include resume and minimum of one letter of recommendation and copy of valid trade certificate
- Certification (HVAC and Refrigeration Certificate from an accredited institution)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Please attach 1 - 3 Letters of Recommendation)
- Resume (Resume)
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Participates in PERS Retirement Plan; benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance.
