Software Engineer II; Onsite

• Support all aspects of the software development life cycle as a member of a multi-disciplined team.
• Engage with new and legacy military and commercial programs from concept and requirements through design, development, integration, test, and potential subsequent maintenance.
• Apply creative solutions to complex technical system and software integration problems.
• Collaborate closely with Systems Engineers to design solutions that meet end‑user and operational needs.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in C++ design paradigms and real‑time operating systems such as Linux, VxWorks, or similar.
• Experience developing, testing, and integrating real‑time C++ applications.
• Knowledge of shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting.
• Active U.S. Government‑issued Top Secret security clearance (must be transferable on day one).
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience with coding in C, C#, Java, or related languages.
• Familiarity working in laboratory environments with physical hardware (e.g., test benches, simulators).
• Ability to quickly comprehend and navigate complex systems and established codebases.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile software development processes.

• Competitive salary range: $75,800 – $144,200 USD.
