Senior Software Engineer - Top Secret, Onsite

Onsite. Requires U.S. citizenship and an active transferable U.S. Government issued Top Secret security clearance.

• Support all aspects of the software development life cycle within a multi‑disciplined team.
• Work on new and legacy military and commercial programs, from concept and requirements through design, development, integration, test and maintenance.
• Use creative solutions to complex technical system and software integration problems.
• Collaborate closely with Systems Engineers to design solutions that meet end‑user and operational needs.
• Occasional business‑related travel may be required.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in C++ design paradigms on Linux, VxWorks or other RTOS.
• Experience developing, testing, and integrating real‑time software written in C++.
• Experience with shell, Perl, or Python scripting.
• Active and transferable U.S. Government issued Top Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

• Additional experience coding in C, C#, Java or related languages.
• Experience working in laboratory with physical hardware (test benches, simulators).
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases.
• Experience with Agile Scrum techniques in product development.
