Specialize in tools, techniques, systems, and procedures for developing, deploying, or analyzing wired or wireless transmission of signaling data. Apply functional knowledge, including industry expertise. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of moderate scope and complexity problems. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

• 3+ years of experience with signal processing, digital signal processing algorithms, or software development
• Experience with RF testing or software defined radio (SDR)
• Experience with software development languages, including Python, C, or C++
• Experience using Agile processes and tools, including Jira or Confluence
• Ability to work in a team environment to brainstorm and innovate new ideas
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, EE, or STEM

• Experience with RF engineering
• Experience using version control, including Git Hub
• Experience using Linux systems
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Master's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, EE, or STEM preferred;
  Doctorate degree a plus
