Position Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain requirements, architecture, algorithms, interfaces, and design for high-performance Command and Control (C2) software solutions.
* Lead software development activities in the scaled agile methodology utilizing a Dev Sec Ops  environment. Supporting software development activities and integrating completed software components into a fully functional software system.
* Support progress demonstration presentations to customer representatives and program/IPT leadership.
* Perform day-to-day activities in the areas Product Owner/Technical Lead, Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master, and/or Integration & Test lead.
* Support IPT by implementing a structured approach to defining and meeting a development and integration schedule alongside a rigorously managed cost baseline.

Required Skills:

* Bachelor's Degree.
* 5+ years of experience with software development for space systems and ground segments performing command, control, mission planning and data processing.
* 5+ years of experience in the Software Development lifecycle (including Requirements Analysis, Design, Code, Integration & Test).
* 3+ years of experience leading software development projects.
* 3+ years of experience with software development using either Java, C++, or Python.
* Experience working in an Agile software development environment and Dev Ops methodologies.
* Requires the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. Preferred

Skills:

* Experience as a Product Owner/Technical Lead and/or Integration & Test Lead for government programs.
* Understanding of Command and Control (C2) systems, real-time applications, and their specific requirements.
* Experience with database technologies (SQL/No

SQL), messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, ActiveMQ), and data streaming technologies (e.g., CCSDS).
* Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms.
* Strong experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines in Git Lab to automate testing, builds, and deployment workflows.
* Experience with various formal acceptance testing activities (e.g., Formal Qualification Test - FQT, Factory Acceptance Test - FAT, Site Acceptance Test - SAT).
* Active TS/SCI or DoD Top Secret clearance.
