You will configure, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systems to support operational requirements.

HOW THE ITSM INTEGRATION ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:- Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend enterprise platforms such as Jira Service Management, SailPoint, Dynatrace, Active Directory/LDAP, and related services
- Design, implement, and sustain integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, scripting, and vendor-supported connectors
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, plugins, and configuration-based extensions across COTS platforms
- Develop custom scripts, utilities, lightweight applications, and middleware components as required to support integration, automation, and operational efficiency
- Translate customer and operational requirements into sustainable technical solutions using configuration, integration, and custom development as appropriate
- Work directly with stakeholders to define technical approaches and implement solutions in a secure enterprise environment
- Troubleshoot issues across application, integration, authentication, plugin, and workflow layers
- Identify and implement improvements to reliability, maintainability, supportability, and automation
