We are seeking a motivated Admissions Director to lead census growth, build referral relationships, and enhance our presence in the community.

• Manage the full admissions process with rapid response times
• Drive census and payer mix goals
• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners
• Lead marketing and community outreach efforts to promote our center and services
• Improve conversion rates (referral-to-admit and tours) through effective communication and relationship-building
• Manage online presence and reputation through reviews and online directories

• 2+ years of healthcare experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of patients, families, and referral sources
• Results-driven and growth-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations
