At Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, we pride ourselves on providing top‑notch care to our patients and are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. In this role you will deliver skilled nursing services in a dynamic and supportive environment and make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

• Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, to promote patients’ independence and comfort
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and quality care standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Alabama
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patient‑centered care
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
