Summary

The Internal Sales Support Representative supports our sales efforts and customer relationships. This role works independently, communicates clearly, and is comfortable using computer‑based systems in a fast‑paced environment. The Internal Sales Support Representative works with international and multicultural customers. This role is contract‑to‑hire.

Essential

Job Responsibilities
  • Manages internal sales activities, including customer communication and order support.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with domestic and international customers.
  • Accurately enters, updates, and maintains customer and sales information.
  • Follows up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Utilizes CRM and other computer systems to track sales activities and generate reports.
  • Coordinates with Sales Reps and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills
  • Associate's degree in business or related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service in an office environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in standard business applications.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in an international, multi‑cultural environment is a plus.
  • A strong aptitude for sales, customer service, logistics, and product knowledge.
  • This position requires a regular presence in the office.
