• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and convey orders to the packing station or shipping area.

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and convey orders to the packing station or shipping area.
• Operate order picker equipment or stand‑up forklift to assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify stock availability and audit orders for accuracy.
• Convey picked orders to packing station or shipping area.
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor.
• Follow standard operating and safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized area.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience;
  Certified Sit‑Down Forklift Operator.
• 3 or more years of previous distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience with stand‑up forklift or order picker equipment.

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good record‑keeping skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Accurate measurement capability.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Work safely and conscientiously.
• Dal‑Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

• Regularly stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
• Walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• May sometimes sit, climb, or balance.
• May lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Average of 25 picks per hour, with 65% of picks weighing 50–70 lbs and 35% weighing 20–40 lbs.
• Vision requirements include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, varying temperatures, and loud noise.
