Controller – Manufacturing - RELOCATION AVAILABLE - UP to 225k + Bonus + Equity

The company is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and develop the financial infrastructure necessary to support continued growth. This individual will oversee the monthly close process, financial reporting, ERP implementation, audit preparation, internal controls, and accounting operations while helping establish a scalable accounting organization.

• Own monthly close, financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
• Lead ERP implementation and drive improvements across accounting systems, controls, and processes.
• Support audit readiness, inventory accounting, capital projects, and fixed asset management.
• Partner closely with operations, supply chain, engineering, and executive leadership teams.
• Build scalable accounting infrastructure and help grow the accounting and finance team over time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience within high‑growth environments.
• Strong expertise in GAAP, audits, ERP systems, and internal controls.
• Experience with in manufacturing, inventory, or project accounting environments preferred.
• Hands‑on leadership approach with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
