AR/Billing Specialist
Salary:65k-70k
Support billing and AR operations in a stable, sustainability-focused company—while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a great leadership team!

- Hands-on role with direct impact on cash flow and reporting
- Process invoices and manage customer accounts
- Perform reconciliations and apply cash receipts
- Monitor AR aging and resolve billing issues
- Prepare weekly receivables reports
- Process credit memos and support sales tax
- 4+ years of AR / contract billing experience
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Reconciliations and cash application experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
