• Process invoices across multiple divisions and maintain accurate billing records
• Reconcile customer accounts and monitor outstanding receivables
• Apply cash receipts and manage credit memos and RMAs
• Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues with internal teams
• Prepare weekly AR reports and support financial documentation requests

• 4+ years of experience in contract billing or accounts receivable
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP required)
• Experience working with large data sets and reconciliations
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and contract review
