Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns across individuals (1040), partnerships (1065), S corps (1120-S), C corps (1120), and trusts/estates (1041)
• Research complex tax issues and turn them into practical, actionable solutions for clients
• Support clients with year-round tax planning and consulting, not just seasonal work
• Review work completed by Tax Staff, providing coaching and mentorship along the way
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent, proactive communication
• Juggle multiple client engagements at once while keeping every deadline on track
• Partner directly with Managers and Partners on planning opportunities and special projects
• Stay current on shifting federal and state tax laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of recent public accounting tax experience
• Experience preparing and reviewing both individual and business tax returns
• Strong working knowledge of partnership, S corporation, and corporate taxation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while still delivering excellent client service
