• Delivering day to day administrative support using a range of systems.
• Supporting smooth business operations for customers and internal teams.
• Managing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Contributing ideas to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.

Full time permanent role. On site at Nether glen Quarry, Elgin.

• Previous experience in an administrative role using multiple systems.
• Experience working in a client facing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
