Duration: 24 months with possible extension

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr on W2

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule customer visits, meetings, and demonstration events
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and visiting customers
  • Manage calendars, conference rooms, and onsite scheduling logistics
  • Coordinate visitor experience activities, including tours, catering, and meeting setup
  • Greet and assist customers and visitors onsite in a professional manner
  • Support preparation and updates of presentations, brochures, and customer materials
  • Communicate schedules and visit details with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with general administrative and facility support tasks as needed
  • Ensure smooth execution of customer visits and onsite events

Required Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role (administrative, coordination, hospitality, event support, or customer service environment)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience interacting with customers or guests in person
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Elgin, IL
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience coordinating events, customer visits, or meetings
  • Experience supporting presentations or customer-facing materials
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Exposure to Oracle tools or similar systems
  • Experience in hospitality, front desk, or administrative coordination roles
