Receiving Clerk
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for processing inbound shipments and verifying product receipts using the ERP system.
Responsibilities:
* Process incoming shipments and receipts using the ERP system
* Verify received products against sales orders and documentation
* Assist in disassembling products using power tools to check serial numbers, if needed
* Collaborate with team members to manage daily receipts and related paperwork
* Help ensure inventory accuracy by verifying item quantities and storage locations
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self motivated
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
* Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
* Comfortable multitasking with minimal supervision
* Fluent in English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role ranges between $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. The range considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are based on individual qualifications and circumstances.
